The Perfectoe heater is ideal for areas with limited wall space. With only 3.5" of height clearance required, this heater can be placed in under-counter applications (kitchens or bathrooms). Stairwells and hearths are also good locations. A thermostat is required. Cadet recommends a wall-mounted electronic or a dual diaphragm thermostat. Manufacturer does not recommend installing heater directly under sink or where a person may stand for an extended length of time due to discharge of hot air. 2 year warranty.
